My shifts don’t show up in Apple Calendar

Turnativo needs full access to your calendar. Check it in iPhone Settings › Apps › Turnativo › Calendars and choose Full Access. Then open Turnativo: your shifts are created automatically. If you use iCloud, they also appear on your iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.

Is personal mode free?

Yes, all of it: shifts, rotations, paint mode, notes, alerts, summaries and Calendar sync. No account needed. Only team mode, for people who plan other people’s shifts, is paid, with a 14-day free trial.

How does each worker get their shifts?

Send them an email invitation from their worker page. Once they accept, they see their shifts in the Turnativo app and in their calendar, and every change you publish reaches them automatically. It’s always free for workers.

Restore purchases

If you bought the team plan in the app and switch iPhones, open Team › Choose a plan and tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID you paid with.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web payments, write to us.

Change your account email

On the web: sign in at turnativo.app and open My account › Change email. Enter the new email, you’ll get a code at that address and, once you confirm it, your account uses it with your teams and shifts intact. We also let your previous email know. If you sign in with Apple or Google, there’s no need: your account is tied to them, not to the email.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings › Account › Delete Account. If you pay for a subscription, cancel it first: deleting the account doesn’t cancel it. More details in the privacy policy.
